- The chapter policy library is here—conduct, expenses, payments, data, security, communications and more, each one initialed and sealed by every leader
- Attendance standing now shows the bylaws requirement in full, what the chapter held and when, and exactly where you stand against it
Policies, on the record
- Chapter policies now live in one place—leaders initial each one, and the accepted copy is kept beside their Willingness to Serve and Conflict of Interest forms
- Policies are versioned: when the board revises one, everyone is asked to initial the new wording and the old copy stays on record
Links worth sharing
- Profile links now read as names—share /directory#jane-doe instead of a wall of characters

- Uploading your headshot is more forgiving now—larger photos are handled automatically, with a clear heads-up if a format (like an iPhone HEIC) needs converting
- Tidied up the member cards so your ISACA tenure reads cleanly

- Your journey now dates your membership from when you actually joined ISACA—straight from ISACA Global—not when you created your website account
- When the board promotes someone to a leadership or board role, they now appear on the Board & Leadership page automatically

- Member directory and board cards got a cleaner look—your ISACA tenure up front, a LinkedIn-style total of your chapter service and tidier credential badges
- On Chapter Roles, if you can't apply yet we now say exactly why—and give you a quick way to flag it if you think your membership should already be verified

- Add the year you joined ISACA and the year you first showed up to an OC event—we'll prefill what we can from ISACA
- Long-standing members earn recognition pins, and our chapter OGs get a gold star on their directory card
